1. This is a 100% commission-based position. Operating a business and being your own boss requires dedicated time and effort. Is this suitable for your lifestyle?
 
2. Local travel is necessary for this position. Do you have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation?
 
3. If you will be communicating with Sellers and/or Buyers in Florida, Virginia and California, you may be required to obtain each state's respective license. Pop can help guide you through the licensing process, however, do you have the financial means and ability to acquire these licenses? (VA: $15, CA: $150, FL: $500)
 
 
4. A Pop Consultant must possess some basic technical skills, like working on a computer, taking digital photos/videos, uploading files to our CRM, operating mobile devices, and sending/receiving emails, texts and phone calls. Are you comfortable performing all of these tasks?
 
5. A reliable Internet connection is necessary for uploading photos, videos, and completing your daily Pop activities. Do you have consistent and reliable access to the Internet?
 
6. While previous knowledge of boats or RVs is not required, you will need to learn the basics. Are you willing to independently invest the time to learn more about these industries?
 
7. Our values and teamwork are the foundation of our success. Do you like to collaborate with others and work as part of a winning team?
 
8. Connections are at the core of everything we do, from emailing Buyers and Sellers , to speaking on the phone, and building enticing ads for listings. Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills?
 
9. Are you based in a single location where you can meet sellers and buyers locally?
